The armed transports were the strongest ships/carriers in the original Ratchet & Clank game. In most cases, they were used solely to transport the Blarg Elite Guards, although they would sometimes remain stationary after releasing the Guards to attack Ratchet with large missiles when the latter got within a specific range. These transports were sighted on both Kalebo III and planet Veldin.
