Bancho Ratchet was a skin in Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time. It was designed in a skin contest in Japan and could be unlocked by a code. It has a pompadour, biker gloves and also an earring.

The code for the skin is; Up, Right, Down, Left, Triangle, Square, X, Circle, R3.
Trivia
- This is the only official Insomniac Games skin that shows part of Ratchet's hands. Judging by the skin, Lombaxes do not have nails on their hands.
- There were two other skins in Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters and Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal that shows his hands, Punk Ratchet and Ninja Ratchet as well as in Secret Agent Clank when Ratchet only wore a towel. Secret Agent Clank and Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters were developed by High Impact Games, though.
- The term "bancho" refers to the leader of a gang of delinquents, frequently in the context of bosozoku or minor yakuza syndicates.
