Billy

Billy was a little boy, wearing a baseball cap, used by Megacorp to advertise and test the Protopet. He was usually screaming or running because the Protopet was constantly trying to eat him. Megacorp also used him for advertising some of their other products.

- If you looked closely in the background when Darla Gratch was covering the Protopet infestation in Allgon City, Billy was seen running across the screen for a split second.
- Billy was also present at the Secret Agent Clank premiere sitting next to the original protopet.
