Bob, a brainy inventor and elder brother to Big Al and Edwina, owned a Roboshack at the Jowai Resort of planet Pokitaru. After a decline in business because of the progressive lack of tourists, Bob was glad to see Ratchet and Clank after they escorted the Jowai Resort owner to the ship hangar outside his Roboshack. He attached the Thrusterpack to Clank for two thousand bolts. Bob had a southern accent.
