The Feltzin Space System was a common trade route and a rendezvous point for Thugs-4-Less. Some of the asteroids had tunnels drilled through them and apparently some facilities, though traveling through them was not very safe. The Thugs tried to kill Ratchet here after a failed attempt to meet at Sector 12345.
