The Arc Lasher is an advanced kinetic energy whip manufactured by GrummelNet Industries in All 4 One. It is a short ranged melee weapon that stuns and slightly damages enemies on contact.
The Arc Lasher is first available during the Outside Receiving Station segment of the Aldaros Plains for 4,500 bolts, and becomes available to upgrade with additional bolts upon reaching the Mining Camp in the Deadgrove. The Arc Lasher is not upgraded with use, but its ammo can be upgraded for 5,000 bolts, and its power for 10,000 bolts. After purchasing the ammo and power upgrades, it can receive an elite upgrade for 30,000 bolts. Upon being upgraded to the Elite Arc Lasher, the weapons shock radius is greatly increased.

The Arc Lasher was similar to the Plasma Whip, as they are both energy whips. The Arc Lasher includes a red handle with an electrified whip extending from it. Its weapon icon is the same as the Rift Ripper 5000 from A Crack in Time.
