Due to a recent lack of attendance the last IRC meeting was cancelled after just three topics. Previously to this a special IRC meeting was held by administrators without any notice to users given as three administrators were available on the IRC at the same time, and this would not be possible for a while. Because of this no IRC meeting has or will take place in July, and possibly in August as well. Instead please create a forum for any topic you'd like to add to the agenda, and add a link to it here.

To create a forum just create a new article titled Forum:Title of forum, where you replace 'Title of forum' with the title of your desired topic. After that, add a link to that forum on this page.

So how long should we use this instead of IRC meetings for then? I was going to say until about now but with all of the game releases coming up (including an R&C one) and me being busy in 'real life' over the next few months I think it might be btter if we wait until the new year. _Hunterj ^{Hunterj's Resort} 20:39, September 6, 2009 (UTC)

The problem is, at this rate we are never going to have IRC meetings with so many people starting new forums. I suggest that any new concerns should be put on the agenda from now and the current forums should also be moved to the agenda. I was thinking of setting up a social IRC meeting early November - ACiT related. Times and date suggestions would be appreciated, or even just saying you'd be interested in going if the time works out ok for you would be good. If a lot of people want one then we could run one before as well, for all the pre-release info. I'd like to keep these mostly social though, rather than have an IRC agenda for wiki issues...
