President Phyronix

President Phyronix or better known as The Galactic President, currently governed over the Solana Galaxy, which was under attack by Dr. Nefarious. He was Captain Sasha Phyronix's father and also a big fan of Clank and his Secret Agent Clank HoloVid series, believing them to be real. He disapproved of his daughter's relationship with Ratchet because of this, thinking he was only the chauffeur that he played on the show. The president talked in a voice that was similar to that of former president Bill Clinton.

When Dr. Nefarious arrived in the Solana Galaxy, The President sent Ratchet to find Captain Qwark, who now hid on Florana. He then appointed Qwark as leader of the new Q-Force (Much to Sasha, Ratchet, and Clank's dismay). When Nefarious' bio-weapons began to rampage the galaxy by attacking the population of Metropolis, the President pretended to be a robot to avoid being turned into a real robot by the Biobliterator. Also, since he expected that the whole galaxy had been turned into robots soon, he pretended to be a robot as an attempt to stay in power. Fortunately, Ratchet set everything straight before Nefarious could harm anymore of the galaxy. The Galactic President was seen at the premiere, at the game's conclusion. He was not seen in Secret Agent Clank but he was debriefed at the end by Ms. Cute Anastasia Bot over a HoloVid Screen.

After Ratchet and Clank defeated Otto Destruct, the Galactic President gave them medals for it.

• The Galactic President's daughter, Sasha, had the last name "Phyronix". This identified the President as President Phyronix. No first name had been given for him.
