Glahm was quite smart and articulate for an Agorian. [verification needed]
General Glahm was known for his intelligence and being a great commando for orders and when in combat. It was unknown if he was also considered one of the most famed Agorians of all time like Commander Lornock Argos. Despite this, he was still very well known. Glahm could also be considered rebellious when it comes to unfair leadership.
Attack on Krell Canyon, Planet Lumos
During Ratchet's quest to rescue Clank with Lombax rebel Alister Azimuth, Glahm and his Agorian army launched a full attack on Krell Canyon on Planet Lumos, which was home to a number of Vullards. As a result of the devastating attack, the Vullards had to barricade themselves in their homes. However, a Vullard managed to convince Ratchet and Alister Azimuth to defeat Glahm and his crew, and in return show them where the Obsidian Eye was located. After the loss of vast numbers of Agorian troopers, Glahm became furious, even threatening his remaining troopers to destroy the Lombaxes or he would have the troopers pay for their incompetence with their lives. Taking out the last of the dropships, Ratchet and Alister Azimuth defeated Glahm's army, forcing the general to retreat to the Huron Abyss.
Vartax Detention Facility
About a year later, General Glahm was thrown into Vartax Detention Facility prison for his resistance against Artemis Zogg's rule and his crimes. Glahm apparently became friends with Cronk and Zephyr, who were wardens, while there. Around the same time, Ratchet and Clank were dumped into the Vartax Detention Facilty as well by Vorn Grablak due to their meddling in Artemis Zogg's plan. The duo were unable to escape the fortress. Three months later, at the cafeteria, Ratchet and Clank were grabbing lunch and accidentally bumped into General Glahm and his minions. The general recognized Ratchet from the Krell Canyon battle and attacked the Lombax with his minions. Using his OmniWrench Millennium 12, Ratchet managed to defeat and knock out General Glahm's minions. Watching the battle from a broadcast screen, Mr. Klink stopped the fight and punished Ratchet and General Glahm by sentencing them to be executed by the airlock.
During the walk to the airlock, Glahm revealed to Ratchet that the fight was a ruse in order to escape. At the exact moment when Ratchet and Glahm were about to be flung out the airlock, Cronk and Zephyr arrived to rescue the two. A big gunfight started as the heroes shot guard after guard while Ratchet reached for Clank. The Space pirate riled up the other prisoners to fight the guards and allow for the escape. Close to reaching their destination, Glahm realized that he had to sacrifice himself if he wanted the heroes to escape and stop Artemis Zogg's madnessand thus Glahm stayed behind in order to protect them from the guards. The heroes successfully escaped in Talwyn's ship and headed to see the Markazian. From there, Glahm managed to escape the prison on his own and took a transport launch terminal to Planet Veldin.
