Hydrano was a planet in Solana that was half-water and desert. Klunk's secret base was also there deep underwater. It was here Klunk had his base for operations. Clank explored here to find the underwater base's cordinates and he also defeated Klunk here. The climate was arid, but only half of the planet was dry land because the other half was ocean, due to the dam that stretched across the entire planet. It was also here that Qwark made up a story about saving the fishmen's (B.A.R.N.E.Y. misintreprets it as 'fishermen') dam from western Cactus Beasts in which he rode a rocket horse, dressed up like a cowboy, and even mowed a few of the beasts down with a lawn mower. The desert side of the planet was a strong resemblance of the wild west which was one of the reasons he made up the story like that.

Natives or Immigrated Races?Edit

Hydrano is said to be home to "Fishmen" of Hydrano, as stated by Captain Qwark when he was telling a bogus story. It was stated they built the dam so that Hydrano could have a larger body of water. However they were never seen while on Hydrano. These fish people may have been Squidzor's Race that colonized Hydrano after Hydrana 8 became drought-striken, or some other fish based lifeform. Qwark claims to having protected their dam from the other natives living in the vast desert sections of Hydrano known as Cactus Beasts. This part of the story was created by Qwark and Cactus Beasts most likely exist in Qwarks own mind.

Wildlife and FloraEdit

Hydrano is separated by a massive dam, making one half of the planet an ocean and the other half a vast desert. The desert regions appear to have some form of grass scattered around the desert. In Qwark's story, strange Mutant Bulls roam the desert, while under the sea, Hydrano Anglers use their angler's glow as a searchlight to spot Clank.

• Hydrano Mutant Bulls: These strange bull animals with sometimes charge toward Captain Qwark in his story while fighting, causing harm and bringing with them dust storms. They oddly look similar to the Armoogeddon's "Mad Cow" bulls from Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters. Since most bits of his story are bogus, they might not even exist on Hydrano, but it could be possible. They would only be found in desert regions of Hydrano.
• Light Fish : Found in the ocean region of Hydrano, they live deep under the water, using their anglers to lure prey into their maws. They look like green Angler Fish. They can be seen outside the glass corridors of Klunk's Underwater Base. Their angler's glow enters the corridor, and if Clank enters their glows, the fish start banging against the glass corridor, alerting all of Klunk's forces in that corridor. It's best to stay out of the light the Light Fish angler's give off.
