Ambassador Boogoh was a Kerchu official, and their ambassador to the Cragmite Empire. He was once kidnapped by a Terraklon cyborg named Lord Vorselon for reasons unknown; he was later rescued, and Vorselon was sentenced to life in Zordoom Prison for his crime.^[1]

He was also apparently involved, at least indirectly, with Angela Cross and Max Apogee taking refuge at Kerchu City on Planet Jasindu, hiding the "Lombax Secret" there and then disappearing. He could not, however, be reached for comment on these events, and his knowledge of anything remains a mystery.^[2]
