Kinetic tether

The kinetic tether was an illegal attachment to the OmniWrench Millennium 12. Ratchet used it to move a specific object from a distance, move specific bridges and load various spring-like pads. It worked by splitting the wrench into halves and using a blue kinetic energy tether to connect the two halves.
Ratchet later used the kinetic tether to pull out VersaGears on robots such as the Hydra tank.[1] He also used it to pull down bridges and turn switches on and off, among other uses.
