Metalis

Metalis was a junkyard planet of the Solana Galaxy mechanical parts. It often had obsolete or damaged robots dropped off there, and they created the Robot Wars, a destruction derby where old robots mounted themselves in dangerously armed vehicles to amuse themselves. In addition to the Robot Wars, other sports had evolved, for example, the bot-flinging Gadgebot Toss was a mind-challenging gadgebot survival game. Robots were also dumped here to fend for themselves. This was what happened to Clank who was dumped here by Luna who kidnapped Ratchet and extracted his DNA. So Clank had to fight in the Robot War III battle in order to get off the planet and to save his buddy.
