The music in the Ratchet & Clank series is used to fill in any silent gaps in the gameplay and changed or stopped playing during speech clips, it is usually played in the background as well. The music was composed by David Bergeaud up to Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty. He was replaced by Boris Salchow, for Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time. Boris Salchow was replaced by Michael Bross for Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One and Full Frontal Assault up to Into the Nexus.
