The way the Ratchet & Clank wiki capitalizes words has changed; therefore, this article should be checked, and, if necessary, capitalization should be fixed.
The subject of this page was cut from one or more materials and therefore is not part of the Ratchet & Clank franchise.
Phoenix Launcher was a weapon cut from Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time. It could be seen in the Insomniac Museum. It was based on the Predator Launcher from Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. Ratchet could've locked onto enemies and the phoenixes would've be released from the glove circling around Ratchet's head. When Ratchet released the trigger and fired the Phoenixes would've descended on their targets in a fiery explosion.
The weapon was cut from the game because it took too long for the phoenixes to get into position, and from a gameplay perspective they were exactly the same as the Predator Launcher.
