The PlayStation 3 (also known as PS3) is a video game console developed by Sony. It features a Blue-ray disc player and an inbuilt memory system.
It has been confirmed that all of the Ratchet and Clank games by Insomniac Games made in 2007 onwards will be available only on the PlayStation 3.[source?] If High Impact Games continue to make Ratchet and Clank games, it is likely that it will only be available on the PlayStation 2, and the PlayStation Portable. In September 2009, the PS3 Slim was announced.
