The Polaris Defense Intiative 1887-Upsilon was an initiative that permitted a certain amount of GrummelNet vendors near a civilization for defensive purposes in the Polaris galaxy. The initiative was mobilized when Dr. Nefarious and Lawrence were not found after their space station exploded in an attempt to find them.
