The Qwark Fan-Boy was an nerdy teenager who is obsessed with Captain Qwark. Ratchet and Clank encounter him on Todano in the Bogon Galaxy, where he was selling merchandise. The Fan-Boy immediately recognized the Lombax as the "foe" who defeated and humiliated Qwark during his alliance with Chairman Drek, and attacked Ratchet out of rage. He failed to even hit Ratchet, and even welcomed being brought down by him in his failure to accept Qwark's defeat. After the dust settled, Ratchet noticed that the Fan-Boy was trying to sell an Armor Magnetizer, and he traded a Qwark Action Figure to the Fan-Boy in exchange for the device.
On Behind the Hero, the Fan-Boy was depicted with the Action Figure, labeled as an overzealous fan who may have victimized his hero. This was just one of many theories for Qwark's disappearance.
The Fan-Boy appeared in the audience at the end of Up Your Arsenal, watching the latest Secret Agent Clank movie.
