The Rip You a New One, abbreviated R.Y.N.O., or RYNO, was a devastatingly powerful weapon developed by the Blarg that was extremely rare and expensive. It fired seven individual missiles simultaneously, which immediately sought and destroyed various targets. It also had a surprisingly high rate of fire, considering its size and caliber.

Originally manufactured by Gadgetron as ultimate in tactical offensive weaponry, the R.Y.N.O was only available from black market vendors.
Featuring high-capacity, rapid-fire, auto-tracking missiles, this weapon was simply deemed too dangerous for civilian use.
Shady Salesman Billy was able to get his hands on one and offered to sell it to Ratchet and Clank in Blackwater City for 150,000 bolts.

In Size Matters, Gadgetron bought the rights to the original R.Y.N.O off Megacorp, and modified it to fire five powerful rockets that could hit five individual targets. The Size Matters R.Y.N.O had a very high rate of fire also. It had more noise, impact and stopping power, noticeably than Gadgetron's first R.Y.N.O. Also if you got close enough, you could get multiple rockets to hit one huge target, like a boss. Also, unlike the original version which only cost 150,000 bolts, the second version of the RYNO cost 9,999,000 bolts and was by far the most expensive item in the game.

Later, Gadgetron continued to market the weapon and even produced new weapons in the same series, such as the R.Y.N.O II, the RY3NO, the RYNO IV and the RYNO V. In Going Mobile, Ratchet could buy the R.Y.N.O. It was a basic rocket-launcher similar to the Devastator, and cost 30 Titanium Bolts, which was quite expensive, as they were hard to find.
