The featured articles of the wiki are articles that represent the best the Ratchet & Clank wiki has to offer. For previously featured articles see the archive. Users who help bring an article to featured status will be given an award by administrators when the article is featured.

So just what makes a featured article? Well, we've prepared a list just in case someone should ask that, and it is as follows.

An article must...

1. ...be well written and detailed
2. ...be unbiased, non-point of view
3. ...be sourced with all available sources and appearances
4. ...follow the layout and style guide
5. ...not be the object of any ongoing edit wars
6. ...not be tagged with any sort of improvement tags (i.e. more sources, expand, etc)
7. ...have a succinct proper lead that can be used for the front page featured box
8. ...have a reasonable amount of red links; use common sense
9. ...have a complete, detailed biography if it's a character article
10. ...be a reasonably long article. Articles that are not long enough might be applicable for good article status instead.

How to nominate:

1. First, nominate an article you find is worthy of featured status, putting it at the bottom of the list below; see criteria above.
2. Others will object to the nomination if they disagree that the article is good enough; they will then supply reasons for doing so, and ways to improve the article (errors, style, organization, images, notability, sources).
3. Supporters adjust the article until the objectors (with reasonable objections) are satisfied.
4. The article is placed on the featured article list and added to the front page queue.
5. Also, if, at least a week after the article's nomination, that article has 4 supports and no objections, it will be added the queue, and will be officially known as a "featured article" on the first of the month it is to be featured.

How to vote:

1. Before doing anything, be sure to read the article completely, keeping a sharp eye out for mistakes.
2. Afterwards, compare the article to the criteria listed above, and then either support or object the article's nomination. If objecting please state why and if you wish to point out a minor issue without opposing the nomination use the comments section or the nominee's discussion page.
   1. If you object, please supply concrete reasons for doing so, and how it can be improved.
3. As stated above, any objections will be looked upon by the nominator, supporters, and anyone willing to improve the article, and action will be taken to please the objectors.
4. When an article has +4 votes it will be added to the que. Any reasoned objecting votes count as -1 towards the +4 target and if any administrator objects with a reason then the nomination cannot be added to the que until the problem is resolved.

Also remember to add {{nominated}} at the top of the discussion article attached to the article you are nominating.

The first of every month the next article in the queue will be highlighted on the Main Page as featured, marked with the {{featured}} template and removed from the list of nominations. The beginning of the article then appears on the Main Page via the {{featured article}} template. Nominees that are inactive for a month may be eliminated from the nominations list. Upcoming featured articles can be seen on the featured article que.

• Agreed, it's fantastically written and you've put a lot of effort into it. However, we might put the vote on hold until we get this issue resolved regarding the amount of detail in plot sections. • If needed, I will, of course, fix the the writing and editing if it's too much detail. Not many people have the comic series, so it's kind of hard, since it's basically like a one man job for me thus far. For now, I'm putting it on hold for Vorn Garblak's article, which has been lacking in plot detail and editing for all the issues after the second one. • After a cleanup, I see no mistakes in this article. If there are, they are very minor. This page, in my opinion, fits all the criteria for a featured article. It has already been suggested for a GA and FA nomination, yet I see none so far. One part that may need a cleanup is the "A Crack in Time" section, because some information had already been placed there, but since I have never played ACiT, I do not know if it is true or not.
