Timing SuggestionsEdit

Please review the agenda and make your own estimates. Remember you don't have to attend the whole meeting! We would like as many people as possible to attend.

• Pretty much any time, I'm in the UK so my time is UTC at this time of year. I prefer to be around in the evenings so I'd prefer it to be between 16:00 and 22:00. Any day for me (excluding New Year, so not on the 31st unless it starts before 20:00 UTC), preferably on Sunday 28th or Monday 29th but it depends how quickly everyone responds! I do think the meeting should only be held if I can attend though... I've set it up and this is the first one, so no one can easily cover leadership at the meeting for me. _Hunterj ^{Hunterj's Resort} 19:23, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

• Wiki average - this is my suggestion of a time after making an approximate time that most users seem to be active during using the recent changes: 19:00 or 20:00 start. • I am usually on IRC in between 19:00 - 22:00 (UTC) during the week while on the weekends I am likely to be on longer. Holidays I'm not likely to be around much. I try to limit the amount of time I spend on IRC. If anyone needs me in IRC just put a message on my talk page and I will join as soon as possible. LethalReflex 19:50, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

• I have a problem, because I live down here in Australia in the Southern Hemisphere , my time-zones are different to most other users, who mostly live in the Northern Hemisphere. • Same here as Lombax Jerk, I live in Australia as well, so yeah... so if HiQu wants to be on at 18:00, i would have to wake up at 5 am, and attend it half slumbering. I'm not usually on during the mornings in Oz, (18:00 - 01:00 Wiki time) So that means Hunterj may have to get on half-sleeping when its noon here. In this case I'll try to get on around 22:00. But since that time converted here is 9 am, I doubt if I could, probably because my mum doesn't like me going on in the mornings here, so it's not guaranteed. • Since I live in the UK, it will have to be a decent UTC time. Anywhere from 1600 - 2200 will be good for me, but I can't make any promises though. I'm not very active on here anymore, but I'll try my best. As long as it's not today though. _Tigernose

• So this is the problem Australian guys; If I come here at 22:00 UTC It'll mean 0:00 for me and I'm not gonna be here that late. So I'd prefer it would take all the way from 18:30 to 22:30. HiQu^{Talk to me!} 17:20, 28 December 2008 (UTC)

8. Warnings - The template {{MoS1}} is used to tell users who don't follow the Manual of Style that they need to, I think we should make a warning template that basically says something like: "You have broken a policy on the Ratchet & Clank wiki and will be banned from editing for a while if you continue to break the policy, this is your final warning." Admins could give it to users who ignore the first warning. This works well on larger wikis, the downside is that we are still relatively small, and I don't want to frighten off new users, so we need to discuss this. 9. Characters from other games - We currently have articles about characters from other games which have something to do with the Ratchet & Clank series, like Jak. Do we need them or should we have them? HiQu^{Talk to me!} 17:14, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
