A user project is a project set up by an administrator or user on behalf of the community to complete a specific task. It allows users to sign up to help complete the task, sometimes for specific roles. The advantages of a user project is that it allows user collaboration with a selection of useful links and a clear list of tasks that need completing in order to finish the user project.
