Policy This page is considered an official policy on the Ratchet & Clank wiki. It has wide acceptance among editors and is considered a standard that everyone should follow. Except for minor edits, please make use of the discussion page to propose changes to this policy.

This page explains what vandalism is classed as. Any comments about this policy or changes that you feel should be made should be discussed on the talk page, before changing this policy. This policy is also just a guide, not a definite line of what is and what is not vandalism. Vandalism is basically deliberate disruption of the Ratchet & Clank wiki, or an attempt to lower it's quality.

Vandalism can include:

• Replacing content with blank text.
• Creating new articles which are entirely off-topic.
• Moving a page to a new, nonsensical title.
• Adding irrelevant external links to pages for the purpose of advertising.
• Uploading inappropriate images, or replacing existing images with inappropriate images. (See the image policy)
• Adding nonsense or obscenities to existing articles.

An editor who vandalises the wiki will be blocked from making further edits often, but not always, after receiving a warning.

Vandalism is only vandalism if it is intended to disrupt the wiki, not genuine mistakes.
