Skid's agent was, as his label indicates, Skid McMarx's agent. When Skid's ship "Starship Radical" crash-landed on planet Aridia, they were separated after ejecting and the agent came to believe that Skid was done for. When he met Ratchet, he complimented him as an "athletic kid" and offers him to be his agent if he can win the Hoverboard race in Blackwater City. Once the lombax came back with the race prize, the agent gave him the Sonic Summoner.
Skid's agent made a cameo appearance in the last cutscene of Up Your Arsenal, in which he was sitting next to Skid in the theater, watching Secret Agent Clank.
