Template:Tab Template:Characterbox Starlene,[1] better known as the Hoverboard girl, was a woman who advertised and hosted the Hoverboard Races in Blackwater City on planet Rilgar. She presented the Platinum Zoomerator to Ratchet after he won the annual competition. Starlene also appeared in Qwark's Infobot for Planet Umbris. In it, he was seen carrying her to safety and she was described as the "Damsel in Distress."
She was once again seen at the ending of Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal at the viewing of the Secret Agent Clank film.
Behind the scenes
As an Easter egg (or potentially an oversight from the developers), if Ratchet kept side- and back flipping near Starlene, her breasts would grow much larger.[2]
