Stratus City

Stratus City was a city suspended high above Kortog and under Tachyon's rule. It used to be the academic and intellectual capital of the Cerullean Sector. Its famed Hall of Knowledge was said to hold the secrets of the Great War and the history of both Cragmites and Lombaxes. However, the Hall of Knowledge had been under strict imperial guard ever since Tachyon's armies had occupied the city. Ratchet and Clank ended up here by being dumped out of a ship by the Smuggler because they were about to get vaporized by a detection that detected a Lombax in his vessel. It was here that Ratchet fought his way through the city to the Hall of Knowledge. It was also where clank got the Robowings from the Zoni, as he and Ratchet could fly anywhere in the city but they had to watch out, as they would fall if the Robo-Wings were deactivated or if they hit a wall or any flying cars.
Ratchet found two Gold Bolts and a Holo-Plan piece by combing the city with the Robo-Wings.
