The Plumber
See you in the next reboot!
―The Plumber  [R&C (PS4)]

The Plumber was a mysterious traveling handyman from the Solana Galaxy who would repair any leaky plumbing if the price was right.

The Plumber was an omniscient being, known to continuously break the fourth wall and predict future events.

Ratchet & Clank (PS4)

The Plumber was on Novalis, like he was in the original game, working on a way to escape the planet. Since The Plumber was an omniscient being, he implied to Ratchet that they had met before, proving that The Plumber is aware of the events of his original self. Ratchet did not recall this.

He gave Ratchet and Clank an Infobot with a message from Drek which needed to be delivered to the Galactic Rangers immediately. He then proceed to slide down a sewer pipe to assist in fixing Ratchet's ship with the duo following behind. After Ratchet and Clank rescued Mayor Buckwash, The Plumber helped fix the ship Ratchet was using so that the two could make their way to Aleero City.

Continuing with The Plumber's fourth wall breaks, The Plumber then bid farwell to the duo and told Ratchet, "See you in the next reboot," possibly hinting at another re-imagined Ratchet & Clank game in the future, or simply joking about the recent trend in media.

The Plumber made a couple cameo appearances in the Ratchet & Clank movie.

He was in Aleero City and had heard of Ratchet saving the city from the Warbot invasion on the Hall of Heroes. Now a celebrity, while walking in Aleero City with Clank, the Plumber with Fongoid and Tharpod fans alike all begin to anxiously charge toward the new Ranger for an autograph before Qwark comes along to halt them and asked them if they would much rather like to have his autograph to which the Plumber and the citizens respond to this by giving looks of un-interest.

Later, in the post-credits, The Plumber appeared and scolded the audience that they had still not left the movie, yet.
