The ThunderStorm Umbrella was a weapon. Most umbrellas were used for holding weather at bay. While there was nothing wrong with that, the Agency found that controlling the weather turned out to be much more useful. The Thunderstorm Umbrella could channel powerful lightning strikes from its tip which left any robot reeling. It upgraded into the Lightning Rod. Ammo was only lost if an enemy was hit. Clank could buy this weapon on Venantonio for 35,000 bolts.
