The Two-Eyed Tyhrranoids were the brothers of the One-Eyed Tyhrranoids. Unlike the latter, they used plasma pistols to attack Ratchet. They were only found on foot on planet Veldin in Up Your Arsenal and didn't evolve, unlike other types of Tyhrranoids. They also controlled all the Tyhrranoid vehicles and machines, making them the most inteligent of the Tyhrranoids.

Two-Eyed Robonoids appear on some planets controlling Tyhrranoid Saucers and Mecha-Tyhrranoids.
