Pokitaru[]

Train Faster[]

"Train Faster" is acquired by beating the training portion of Jowai Resort, effectively the "Fight some robots" mission, within 92 seconds. This does not have to occur during the mission, and can be done straight after when all enemies have already been removed. Alternatively you can return later, with stronger equipment, and outright ignore the enemies to rush through the entire path.

Don't Rock the Boat[]

"Don't Rock the Boat" is acquired by completing the entire boat portion at the end of the "Rescue the girl!" mission without taking damage. This is easier to do after going back to the planet, due to the reduced amount of enemies, and especially with improved equipment. The Static Barrier is a near-guaranteed success if it is used as you are not allowed to take damage, but being hit is fine. There are in total five guard torsos, one dropped off by the technomite dropship, and two on each of the islands after the one with the scuttle crabs. The crabs also count as part of the skill point, and must thus be avoided or slain. The skill point is awarded upon reaching the largest pier platform where the second boat stops.

Do Cows Get Crabby?[]

"Do Cows Get Crabby?" is acquired by turning 26 of the scuttle crabs into cows using the Mootator or Armoogeddon. This skill point may be difficult to get on a first playthrough, as you only acquire the Mootator much later, and on a return visit there are exactly 26 crabs, so killing even one of them will prevent you from succeeding. It is very easy in challenge mode however, provided you use the Mootator right away. Even with the Armoogeddon taking out crabs accidentally, there is a sufficient population to get the skill point. Crabs are primarily located in the "Fight some robots" path, behind the tiki hut blown up by the dropship, especially on the island between the two boats, and finally after the second boat ride.

Ryllus[]

Bury the Pygmies[]

"Bury the Pygmies" is acquired by luring a total of four (five in challenge mode) pygmy tribesmen to the bury blossoms and getting the larger plants to eat them. Blossoms will automatically try and snap a pygmy up if given the opportunity, which is relatively easy as the tribesmen will haplessly charge you into close proximity of the plants. Strong armor will nullify the damage from either enemy. There are in total three locations where pygmies will be able to be lured next to blossoms, which is right before Professor Sprout's location, after climbing the ladder mimic plant, and after using the launcher plant, with the first and last options being the easiest.

Lights, Camera, Action![]

"Lights, Camera, Action!" is acquired upon destroying ten of the floating cameras in the Vetega Jungle area. Three cameras will be floating around the staircase near the landing pad, and will quickly respawn if blown up, although there are enough other cameras throughout the entire level.

Ship It[]

"Ship It" is acquired by destroying all crates in the entire Vetega Jungle area on Ryllus. The Box Breaker gadget is recommended for your convenience, although it can be done without. Most crates are easy to spot, but a few are slightly obscured. Two stacks lie hidden in alcoves right after the first bury blossom, another stack stands behind the wall you have to bomb to get through, and another hides behind the wall next to where you must plant the red mimic plant. You must also destroy all crates inside the temple area with Clank.

Kalidon[]

Explosive Ordnance Disposal[]

"Explosive Ordnance Disposal" is acquired by destroying all automated bombs moving around the grav-ramps in the spherical chamber at the Mechanoid Factory. This skill point can be done on the first visit, relying on the Lacerator, but is very easy with the Shock Rocket and Sniper Mine, as both have a small area of effect damage radius likely to hit nearby bombs. Simply equip either weapon, or the Dual Lacerators if you intend to save ammo for both, and aim to shoot bombs from your starting position. You might need to move deeper into the room due to distant bombs being too far away to be rendered, however, or if they are simply out of view.

Super Lombax[]

"Super Lombax" is acquired by destroying 25 enemies on Kalidon without taking damage. Although possible on your first visit, it is trivialized with the Static Barrier, and an equally powerful offensive weapons to handle all enemies. You will likely get it shortly prior to the acid-filled room with the falling platforms.

Be A Cool Skyboarder[]

"Be A Cool Skyboarder" is acquired upon winning any skyboard race without using boosts through Square. The first race is the easiest due to the simple course and ample supply of boost pads on the floor, ensuring a high enough acceleration that lets you keep up with the other racers. Proper skill by taking the shortest paths and avoiding all hazards is otherwise also required to cross the finish line in first place.

Metalis[]

Shutout[]

"Shutout" is acquired by completing any Gadgebot Toss challenge without letting the opponent score. Either the "Little League" or "Varsity Bracket" challenges are easiest, as you only need respectively five and six goals. The second also has potential to be easier, as your opponent needs to go around the goal to score, letting you simply wait for him to steal his gadgebot.

Terror of the Skies[]

"Terror of the Skies" is acquired by collecting a total of 600 or more points (950 in challenge mode) during the Giant Clank mission "Escape the planet" from Metalis to Medical Outpost Omega. It can be attempted again afterwards if need be as well. Points are acquired solely by destroying enemies and objects. Red ships and debris each award one point, the blue ships ten, and the technomite dreadnought one hundred. Saving your missiles for the dreadnought is not recommended, as you rather need them to ensure you destroy all red ships when they appear in large waves, or when you have the opportunity to destroy a lot of debris at once. Using them on the blue ships also helps to avoid losing too much HP to their missiles.

Challenge mode's increased score requirement is due to the massively increased enemy numbers, which subsequently somewhat increases the total difficulty when it comes to surviving, but makes the point total much easier to achieve. The extra numbers means you will be able to generate more missile waves, and will also be able to get more value when firing them.

Ultimate Gladiator[]

"Ultimate Gladiator" is acquired upon completing all Clank Challenges on Metalis.

Dreamtime[]

Friends Don't Hurt Friends[]

"Friends Do not Hurt Friends" is acquired upon making it through the entire bossfight with Giant Clank without taking damage. This skill point is missable, as Giant Clank does not reappear on a revisit. His attacks are relatively simple, including a circular shockwave, a directed one, and a throwable bomb, all of which can be easily avoided with proper timing. Staying far away from Giant Clank is recommend as well, to give you more time to react. In challenge mode, the Static Barrier will make this significantly easier as it blocks all damage.

Night Terrors[]

"Night Terrors" is acquired upon making it through the final waves of enemies, prior to Giant Clank, within 45 seconds. The exact starting point is the portal next to the final Gadgetron vendor on-top of a giant bolt. Using upgraded weapons is recommended, as the Doctor Qwark enemies are relatively sturdy. Either the Vortex Cannon, the Dual Lacerators with the Double Barrel Mod, the Electro Rocket, or the RYNO are recommended. Aside from taking out the enemies as quickly as possible you also have to be aware of where the portals will spawn, as you do not have the time to look for and move to them after killing all enemies. As such, you have to first move to the portal's future position, kill the enemies that appear, then enter the portal. The skill point triggers after killing the final Qwark, not upon entering the final portal.

Medical Outpost Omega[]

Be An Awesome Skyboarder[]

"Be An Awesome Skyboarder" is acquired upon beating the fourth challenge, "Vertigo", with a total time under 3:25. Although the skill point description says 'master challenge', it is not related to the "Master's Challenge" skyboard race on Kalidon. The actual Vertigo race itself is not particularly hard, but getting a score good enough is quite difficult without resorting to a specific exploit. Without the exploit you will have to use as many shortcuts as possible, avoid crashing on walls, as well as the mines and other hazards, all to maintain maximum speed. The exploit that will make this significantly easier is to stay on course for the entire track, but at the end of the winding double helix path, when you are supposed to fly from asteroid to asteroid. Instead of doing that, make sure you have a full, or nearly full, boost tank and veer hard to the right, heading directly for the finish line. If done properly you will either pass it from below, crash underneath or close by, after which you automatically respawn there. From there you can simply repeat the lap to do it again.

Challax[]

Take Them Down A Shock[]

"Take Them Down A Shock" is acquired upon killing a total of 23 shock troopers without dying, during the mission "Explore the miniature city". As there will not be enough troopers on a return visit this skill point can only be attempted on the first visit to the planet, and even then you will need to complete it all in one go. Shock troopers are the smaller enemies, which use melee attacks, and are supported by the taller technomite electro soldiers. The actual difficulty for the mission is relatively low, with no instant death hazards such as heights between the first elevator and the second one. The final troopers required will spawn during the second elevator ride to the top of a tower.

High Tech Weapons Master[]

"High Tech Weapons Master" is acquired upon completing a portion of the mission"Explore the miniature city". It is required to beat the enemy segment without using the Lacerator, Acid Bomb Glove, Concussion Gun, Shock Rocket, Laser Tracer, Sniper Mine or RYNO. As such, the allowed weapons are the Agents of Doom, Scorcher, Bee Mine Glove, Mootator, and the Static Barrier. On a return visit the number of enemies will be vastly decreased, and with the upgraded weapons it will also be significantly easier. The skill point is gained upon reaching the zipline.

No More Varmints![]

"No More Varmints!" is acquired upon gaining a score of 1535 points (1950 in challenge mode) in the Giant Clank mission "Destroy the space fortress". This skill point is essentially a more advanced version of "Terror of the Skies", with the same rules, but more and new enemies. As before, the red ships and the debris give only one point, and the blue ships give ten. The new shielded laser-ships give fifteen, and the new wider and winged blue ships give twenty. The total goal of 1535 or more is difficult, but manageable, provided you save your missiles for the right time. Most ships will give you ample time to destroy them, except for the shielded ones that use a laser. They also often appear in groups of three, ensuring at least one or two will be able to flee. In these cases rely on missiles, as well as when too many ships appear on-screen at once.

The largest concentration of points will be before entering the space station at the end, when many of the new two types of ships will rapidly come in view one after the other. By now you are likely to end up at around 1500 points, letting the Dreadnought giving you the final points (100) you need to finish. The skill point is actually received upon collecting enough points, so if you manage to get them earlier you can quit before the boss. Lastly, the red ships dispersed by the dreadnought do not give any points at all.

In challenge mode the numbers are massively increased, much like in "Terror of the Skies", to the point that missiles should best be saved not to generate points but to handle the large enemy numbers during a few confrontations. Notably the final wave prior to the boss introduces too many ships to handle, forcing you to rely on missile waves just to ensure survival.

Dayni Moon[]

Ultimate Gladiator[]

"Ultimate Gladiator" is acquired upon completing all Clank Challenges on Dayni Moon.

Wool Protest[]

"Wool Protest" is acquired upon completing the path in the mission "Catch Luna" without killing any angry ram, the were-sheep enemies encountered at night. This skill point can only be collected on a return visit, as the first barn you enter will automatically lock you inside with three were-sheep. On a return visit this will not occur and there will be only one, which you can pass safely. Shortly after is another day to night trigger, and a group of were-sheep that come out of another barn, chasing a robot farmer. Simply return to the bouncy plants used to reach this area and wait for night to turn into day again, after which you can safely pass.

The next group of were-sheep is encountered shortly after, when you must plant and use a launcher plant. As the plant will not grow during nighttime you just have to wait out the horde of were-sheep, which is easy with a Static Barrier at level 1, as it will be unable to harm them, while protecting you. Afterwards you only have to reach the final barn before the Gadgetron vendor and teleporter to get the skill point.

Bouncy, Bouncy, Bouncy[]

"Bouncy, Bouncy, Bouncy" is acquired upon using any bouncy plant on Dayni Moon to launch yourself into the air ten times in a row. Simply use the Sprout-O-Matic to plant any of the blue or purple mimic plants, then jump on-top and wait for the plant to lower slightly, after which you will have to press X to jump up. Repeat this ten times for the skill point.

Inside Clank[]

Not the Shock of Me Now[]

"Not the Shock of Me Now" is acquired upon completing the "Escape from Clank" mission in Inside Clank without taking damage. This skill point is relatively easy, only requiring judicious use of the Static Barrier, and taking care around all the anti-virus nanobots and other hazards. It is gained upon reaching the final platform, directly before going down the shaft to exit Clank.

Ratchet... Just Ratchet[]

"Ratchet... Just Ratchet" is acquired by completing the chest portion of the Inside Clank level, effectively the "Defeat all Technomites" mission, using only the OmniWrench 10K. This skill point is significantly easier on a return visit, as well as in the second challenge mode playthrough. In case of the former there will be less enemies to deal with, in case of the latter you will be able to rely on the very powerful Stalker armor as well as drastically increased damage when using the OmniWrench. Prior to challenge mode your best armors will be the Electroshock armor and the Triple Wave armor, as you only need to spam hyper-strikes for either. The Fire-Bomb armor also has potential, but you will only rarely be far away enough from the shock troopers to rely on the fireballs.

The Hyperborean armor available in the first challenge mode playthrough will be largely useless, but the Stalker armor in the second one will be the strongest armor available. Note that the main difficulty from this skill point comes from the fact that the electro soldiers can electrify the shock troopers. Hitting an electrified shock trooper will cause you to take damage instead. The skill point is gained upon accessing the elevator after repairing Clank's heart.

Quodrona[]

Elite Annihilation[]

"Elite Annihilation" is acquired by defeating seventy or more of the elite Ratchet clones during the final fight, directly prior to the Otto Destruct bossfight. The fight in itself is limited by a three minute timer, and involves constantly respawning Ratchet clones. At first only the skinny quick ones using a flamethrower, together with the bulky slow types with a shotgun, but later also the normal variant using Lacerators. This skill point is missable, as the fight can only be done once per playthrough.

In a normal playthrough, this skill point can be fairly easily achieved using automated weapons such as the Killer Bee Hive and the Agents of Dread, supplementing them with your own fire. Using this strategy, the smaller Ratchet clones will be quickly defeated and the player need only focus on defeating the larger variants. In challenge mode, it is slightly easier due to the extra funds, and especially when using the RYNO.

Storm the Front[]

"Storm the Front" is acquired by completing the enemy portion of Quodrona in less than 105 seconds. The enemy portion mentioned in the skill point description is relatively unclear, but seems to be from the first room, the lobby, at least all the way to the room with the second-last Gadgetron vendor, effectively the entire "Find Otto Destruct" mission. On a normal playthrough this likely impossible, much like the other Quodrona skill point, as the enemies will be too strong and the weapons comparatively too weak. A simple method of completing it regardless, without resorting to challenge mode, is to simply get past the first two phases of the Otto Destruct bossfight to gain access to a teleporter back to your ship. From here, simply run through the entire level again without any trouble as none of the enemies will have respawned.

If you do intend to complete this skill point legitimately, you do not need to destroy all Ratchet clones in the largest room at the end, as you can just press the big red button and run towards the next room to finish it.
