I don't think we should post deceased on the Aphelion page. In the demo she was just nibble, not ripped to shreads, also shes a AI like ship, she could just fly herself to safety. Plus she was destroyed once and fix, so they can fix her again.
Dear Tigernose, some wiki contributer (probably the same guy) keeps deleting data from the Talwyn Apogee Trivia. I try to put it back on but the person just keeps deleting it. I think we should banned him from the wiki somehow.

- Yeah, I did mean categorizing images. :P So basically I just men adding Category:Images of weapons weapon images (as for the others), as well as hopefully getting together a good image category structure that follows any guidelines the wiki already has (ie; would "Images of weapons in Going Commando" be a good one?). Anyway, Im glad to help out around here. Although I've been quite busy lately and I still dont know how the coding works with the articles yet so I havent done much. But I'll be more than happy to replace all the old low resolution pictures as I go through the games... and add images to articles lacking them. I also may rewrite some articles, that lack some info and stuff. And once I finally play through All 4 One, I'll be able to capture HD screenshots

Im new to wikia but i decided to help out. i missed one bolt so i figured i could help out and work on the bolt locations but i am at a loss for the template. i would like to do the numbers in order but instead they reset evey category. is there a way around this or should i go about just labeling them bolt # 1, Bolt #2... etc? anyway hope to hear back from you look at the page and see if you con help me out. ill be adding to it for at least another 3 hours or so.

Heh well where to begin... well basically, I was going to ask you for permission regarding my website and this Wikia. As everyone knows, the official R&C website has some links going to particular articles around here (which is pretty neat I have to say!). And I was wondering, would you mind if I link to some of the articles too - from my R&C fanfiction site?
The fansite is currently down anyway, since I am remaking the whole thing from scratch. What it is, is just a website for my R&C fanfiction story about Ace, and on some of the character and Planet profiles, I wanted to let readers click links which take them to particular articles here. So that they can learn about the particular character, species, planet, etc they click on (because some fans who read it, arent too familar with the R&C series). I'll be doing that for the official canon, not the stuff I made up, obviously. (Since my fanfiction stays faithful to the canon of the R&C series) and I'll make sure people don't add any my 'fanon' here - like they did a few months back before I even joined! XD

If you guys are affiliated with the official ratchet & clank website, then you absolutely shouldn't give that up ever. But have you guys looked into being hosted by Insomniac itself, similar to the Team Fortress Wiki? That might give you guys the freedom you want to design the wiki directly to your own needs, while possibly letting the official material work closer with the wiki. I mean, hell, if your wiki is hosted by Insomniac itself, they might even be able to advertise you on their forums or actual publications.

Planet maps Edit
I know that like 1,5 years ago nobody really liked my planet map idea but I'm still eager to work on it... I just don't see what would be so bad about it, we could polish the maps and even vectorize them if necessary, and we would get high quality results which would greatly add to our articles. This is kinda necessary because our wiki is lacking good images imo (we have almost no high quality ingame pics, most of them are just pure crap...).

Manga Edit
Hello! I recently got hold of the Ratchet Manga issue 2 and I was thinking... do you think we should add to each of the character "Appearances" lists; that they appear in the Manga (issue 1 or 2) as well? Because I noticed some pages have listed Playstation Home, Heroes on the Move, etc in character pages. Or I could just add it to their trivia instead.
But yeah, just wondering. The mangas have nothing to do with the games of course, but I thought people would be interested to know who appears in which issue. If not, I'll just work on the Ratchet & Clank Manga page instead.

State of wikiEdit
I've browsed through a few articles over the past few weeks, and I must say that the state of this wiki is just dreadful. I found countless errors on Size Matters, All 4 One, and virtually every page I've come across. Quite frankly, it's an insult to the series right now. I fully plan on scouring the pages and fixing any and every error I find on as many pages as possible, and I would appreciate some assistance in doing so. Since you sent the generic welcome message, I'll assume you "lead" this wiki. Please let others know of my intentions, and have anybody message me as needed.

It's good to know that there is, indeed, an active Admin on. I sent a similar message to all the other admins, assuming I'd get no reply for a good few weeks at least. Speaking of which, maybe there should be an admin sweep, to remove the inactive ones and start over. But that's sidetracking from what I was going to say:
Isn't there an option to disallow unregistered users from making edits on wikia? (I'm not too sure with the heavier details of wikia as compared to the older versions, so forgive me if that's outdated/wrong.) That'd be an easy way to temporarily shut down the massive cluster**** of edits, to put it as politely as possible. If not, it might not necessarily matter, since it seems mostly dead on the wiki right now (thankfully).
I tend to be on to browse and edit around 8PM-Midnight (Eastern Time), so that'd be the time to contact me if you need a quick answer, btw. Thank you for the offer for priveleges, but I feel I'd need to earn them (via both the votes and actual edits on this wiki) before I could accept them.
Anyway, I'll be starting with the games themselves, and will delve into characters and such shortly afterwards. We definitely need some change on this wiki, considering the "Did You Know"s, Featured Articles, etc., haven't been changed in at least weeks. I feel that you should consider a Nukapedia-esque blog every few weeks, to keep people tuned into updates on pages and plans, along with other things.

Okay, as long as someone can contact them, I completely understand your point on the admins. I think the only problem is that one cannot recommend him/herself for admin/'crat rights, if I remember correctly, so you'd need another admin to make the recommendation.
As for the other things, those were more my long term goals/ideas once we can filter all the crap off of here. I'f we can get a call-to-arms for the still active members to fix pages, we could very likely get this part done within two months (as a high estimate). I know there are several members making smaller edits on pages, but we need more than 3-5 people fixing the majority of the 4,500~ pages. That's just my two cents on it, though. Regardless I'll continue fixing a few major pages a day, and I'll message any members that I see making accurate edits to see if they're willing to help on a larger scale. Honestly I don't see what's wrong with this, because the game is a spin off and I even have the proof uploaded here.
I see you have reverted my edits, so I think you didn't like them :P But why you didn't like them?
May I ask you something too? I would like to understand why some pages are written in simple past. For example the gadgebots page. I put that they are little robots manufactured by Gadgetron, but you reverted the edit as it was before. I guess that the gadgebots still exist, no?
And also, I think I have a clue that points that the Omniwrench 12000 is not called this way. I read the Box Breaker description and it says that it is an attachment for the Omniwrench 8000. I am saying this because you can only get the box breaker when you have the Omniwrecnh 10000, or 12000. Thanks.

I tried to delete the less-refined one (with the lowercase V), but forgot that only admins can do so as far as I know. I was thinking about how the PlayStation Move Heroes content were not being given pages on this wiki and I though that I would bring up the topic again, I found a wiki on a series called Kid Icarus, on their wiki they include pages from Super Smash Bros. Brawl about enemiess and characters, but only in what interaction they have with the Kid Icarus series. I believe that we should do the same with PlayStation Move Heroes and All Stars Battle Royal.
EXAMPLE, Hades from God of War.
Hades is an antagonist in the God of War series, he appears in PlayStation All Stars Battle Royal in the backround of the Underworld stage.

- Okay, I've already began checking out the release of the HD Collection, and as far as I know it is completely covered at the moment with the limited information we have at the moment, however I've noticed the trophy page needs a MAJOR overhaul. I have put a {{inuse}} template on the page as I will be fixing it through tonight and probably tomorrow, and I don't want anyone messing with it. I'm trying to keep the page in consistancy with Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time trophies, keeping the same style and everything. However, after I'm done, there will be a huge list of redlinks for all the trophies, but if there's one person who sees a page of redlinks and fixes it, it would be me. So I will try to get onto that. But its been since october that ive been a part of this wiki adding pictures and ive never been noticed no honoring no thank you nothing. i would love to be user of the month or whatever. But i seem to be left in the shadows while a user who hasnt been active since god knows when shows up and all of a sudden steals the spotlight. I understand what i did was dumb but like ive done so much for this wiki i even discovered a new lombax letter. Right but the problem is that those games are spin off titles and it is already confirmmed by Insomniac Games. The User:Malllo uploaded an image, not so long ago, about it. In my opinion they do not belong to the series, as well as PSMH.

Hey, Tigernose. I'm just letting you know that my friend has just gotten All 4 One, and he's letting me play it with him so now I'll be able to help out with the All 4 One articles, which I know aren't in good shape. I've already created a new article for the character Harvey, who was mentioned by Pepper Fairbanks in the first level. I was surprised he didn't have an article so I created one. This is showing great promise in the information I could find out for this game, so I'm wishing that I'll be able to help a great deal in fixing these botched articles. I had to take a leave of absence due to being flooded by work for the past month or so. As a bit of an apology for the absence (after all, I joined to help out in the absence of others!), I've edited 25 pages today, and will hopefully be able to continue at the same pace as long as I possibly can. Let me know if there are any specific articles that need overhauls that aren't currently listed on the recommended articles page, and I'll add them to my personal list.
In related news, how were things in my absence? It seems like the pages are improving slightly as time goes on, so that's a plus. However, almost every time (all but one, I think) I've seen an anonymous Wikia Contributor add to a page, incorrect information and/or conventions are present. Because of this, I still firmly believe that an attempt should be made to disallow anonymous contributions.

Hey Tigernose :D long time no chat.
Yeah I haven't logged into here for a long time, but now I'm slowly getting back into the editing swing again heh. I just did a little bit of editing right now, in fact. But I also took some screenshots from Insomniac's old official website around 2005-2006 (thanks to the "Way Back Machine") because there was some old info from that time which might be useful for some articles here; especially ones that lack much information.
I uploaded some of those captures right here at my personal gallery.
Do you think the info from these 6 pages should be allowed as sources here? I believe they are canon, since they were from Insomniac's own website back in the day (I got the full screenshots as proof if people need them). And this is also where Sasha and the Presidents 'surname' was first mentioned. And then it was eventually used in the Comic series later on. And the Quantum Demoleculizer was mentioned here too (I always wondered where the heck that came from, since it wasnt said in the game anywhere).
The news articles also mention other things, such as the Amoeboid Mafia, more of Courtney Gears songs, and more information about Starshield. Although not ALL the info would be canon, since Juanita and Dallas joke around a bit and make up lies about Sasha and other characters (just like in Deadlocked).

The only part that I really intended to edit for was the tenses themselves. Given that I saw one skill point article within the Skill points, that had a Verb Tense Issue "note" (I don't know the technical term for those) attached, I continued under the assumption that it had been brought up and noted within at least some of the skill point articles before. It was added in by an admin, if I remember correctly, which is why I continued and didn't go back to revert the ones I'd already done. It wasn't too big of a leap for the article descriptions on average (I changed about six words from the skill point description to make it past tense), either, so it's not a huge hassle to change them back if an IRC chooses to reverse my hasty decision.
I guess I jumped the gun a bit, but I feel that, after looking at the guide fixes/additions I made, I think most of them needed an edit regardless. I didn't think about bringing it up with IRC, which was a mistake on my part, but I doubt there'll be a meeting in the near future or at least until more admins are brought in/come back, so it would have likely been forgotten by the time it would've been brought up.
Anyway, I'll continue adding guides to the articles and placing them into the past tense, and if an IRC meeting does reverse it to present tense, I will be more than happy to edit all the pages to fit the present tense. Consider it my punishment, if you will.
I do apologize for completely disregarding the IRC meetings, because as I said earlier, it never crossed my mind when I started last night. It was definitely a mistake on my part (one that was bound to happen, and one I'm glad I made this early on in my editing career), and I'll be happy and willing to fix all of the articles if the decision is made to do so. Low Res Images & Unknown Species Edit
Hey Tigernose! I've been a bit more active around here lately, well with providing HD images and stuff (thanks to the R&C HD Trilogy) and so I was hoping that if you or any user really, comes across any low res/ugly images on here, that they could add them to this section Low resolution images so I can go through and slowly edit them.
And also, I noticed somebody (or 2 people) keeps adding this 'Unknown two-fingered humanoid species' page, and I just dont think that it's nessesary. And they think that Ace Hardlight is the same species as Qwark, but it's obviously not true because they're completely different from each other (Ace has fangs, spots, etc. Qwark isnt like that). I do think that maybe 'Organic Nefarious' and Lance are the same kind as Qwark though, but there isn't enough proof me thinks. And it just seems way too fanfiction-y (is that even a word? lol) to add this stuff. What do you think? I keep trying to edit it but the person keeps adding back the false info. Thanks

In regards to the deletion of the countries page and Lombax Government page, I disagree and think they should stay. You said that there is no mention of countries, but there clearly is. E.g. Solana Government, Polaris Government, Free Polaris, Tachyon Empire, Cragmite Empire, Glaciara Kingdom, there are many more.
Countries never being mentioned doesn't rule out that there are countries. Such as the Blargian Government; they obviously are a country because they have a Chairman, departments, and rule a wide array of planets, and have an organised Army. Or the Nefarious Government, his Army clearly was or was eventually going to be a Government because he intended to rule the Galaxy of robots. He'd only be able to do that by setting up a country or military government.
And there clearly is a Lombax Government as well, as there is a Court system, Army, departments, and foreign territories. You'd need a Government to do that. An independent group of Lombaxes that are only an organisation cannot do things like that, it would be impossible.
The countries page should stay because these points increase the likeliness, and also prove that many things could be impossible for an organisation of independent cells, and could only be accomplished by an organised country.

How are governments and countries different? A government is the ruling body of a country or state. Empires aren't the same as a country, yes. An empire is the group of foreign territories of a country, and the Cragmites have one, so there is clearly a Tachyon/Cragmite country. I agree that I should have named it the Tachyon Government instead.
Corporations can be a country, we've just never seen it in real life. Megacorp has a lot of influence, and even has much evidence pointing out that it makes rules. In my opinion, there are two types of speculation: Wild speculation, and factual speculation, which has evidence. Factual speculation should at least be worth a mention.
There is also evidence that the Lombaxes are unitary. In their announcement videos they say "the Lombaxes". However, if they weren't unitary, they would have to say the name of their country on Fastoon instead of "the Lombaxes." There are also departments such as "Advanced Lombax Research". If there were other Fastoon countries, they would have to say "Advanced United Lombax Research" or, "(country name) Advanced Research)".
About the "A Boy and His War Grok", the Wiki follows the layout of an encyclopaedia, and most encyclopaedia's don't follow most normal grammar rules.
